Description: This is the entire Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom in Ukrainian. The music combines the classical traditions of Ukrainian choral music with the newer choral trends in the world, especially the US. This work is dedicated to all who sacrificed their lives for Ukraine in the fight for its freedom and independence in the war that has been ongoing since 2014. The Liturgy contains references to the war, such as a refrain in the style of a military march (the First Antiphon), a funeral march theme (the Second Antiphon), and imitations of sirens and drones (the Third Antiphon). Despite this, the general mood is solemn and joyful.
