qui pertulistis impios
caetus furentis tartari.

Gemmas et auri pondera,
et dignitatum culmina,
calcastis et foedissima,
quae mundus offert gaudia.

Vobis olus cibaria
fuere vel legumina
potumque lympha praebuit
humusque dura lectulum.

Vixistis inter aspides
saevisque cum draconibus
portenta nec teterrima
vos terruere daemonum.

Rebus procul mortalibus
mens avolabat fervida
divumque juncta coetui
haerebat inter sidera.

Summo parenti caelitum,
magnaeque proli virginis,
sancto simul paraclito,
sit summa laus et gloria.
