Cantate Domino canticum novum, alleluia;
quia mirabilia fecit Dominus, alleluia:
ante conspectum gentium revelavit justitiam suam, alleluia.
Salvabit tibi dextera ejus: et brachium sanctum ejus.

Sing to the Lord a new canticle, alleluia;
For the Lord has done marvellous things, alleluia:
He has revealed His justice in the sight of the Gentiles, alleluia.
His right hand and His holy arm hath gotten Him the victory.
