Description: The sung words are in Latin, but there is an optional section in which a speaker may declaim the text in English taken from the Geneva Bible of 1560; the words from any other bible version or language could be substituted. Key: F major. For use as a grace for a service on St Peter's Day (29 June), or as an ending piece for a concert on that day, or for any other relevant purpose in connection with St Peter. The piece is intended to be matched with the fanfare (introit)Tu es Petrus.
