et Regem natum quæramus.
Herod: Quem quæritis?
M: Regem natum quærimus, quem cum muneribus
adorare venimus.
H: Quod signum vidistis super natum Regem?
M: Vidimus stellam ejus oriente, stellam
fulgentem cujus splendor illuminet mundum.
H: Ite, et cum inveneritis eum renuntiate mihi,
ut et ego veniens adorem sum.
