Quid faciam miser?
Ubi fugiam, nisi ad te Domine Deus meus?

English translation
Woe is me, Lord, for I have sinned exceedingly in my life.
How wretched it makes me.
To where can I flee, unless to my Lord God?
Be merciful unto me and save me.
