Biography

Lucas le Moigne was Curé of Saint Georges, Puy-la-Garde, near Poitiers. His “Chansons de Noëls nouvaulx” was published in 1520. They include "Or nous dites, Marie" and "D'où venez-vous, madame Lucette?"
