Kneeling in Gethsemane
Love unmeasured fought our fight
And claimed our victory

His the anguish of our grief
His the pain of countless years
Ours the contrite heart's relief
Thus born of blood and tears

'neath the burden of a cross
'neath the weight of all our debt
Calvary's way he walked for us
And ne'er shall we forget

Jesus, Lord, unfailing Friend
