English.png English translation

A morn like this, oh how it would be fine
To break my fast with ham that’s cured just right,
A bottle large, and full of country wine,
For I will swallow all with great delight.
A warming fire, some bread that’s soft and white
And at my side, a fair and willing miss.
But then, while food and sport do me delight,
It’s money’s that I need for real bliss.
