Amour au cueur me poingt quant bien aymé je suis,
mais aymer je ne puis quant on ne m’aime point.
Chascung soit adverty de faire comme moy
car daymer sans party cest ung trop grant esmoy.

Modern French

Amour au coeur me pique quand bien aimé je suis,
mais aimer ne puis quand on ne m'aime point.
Chaqu'un soit averti de faire comme moi,
car aimer sans parti (= partenaire) c'est un trop grand émoi.

English translation Literal (almost)

Cupid pricks me in the heart when I am beloved,
but I can not love, when no one loves me first.
Everyone be advised to behave like me,
because loving without correspondence is too great a disturbance.
