egregie martyr Sebastiane
quia cum sanctis gaudebis
et cum angelis exsultabis in aeternum.

English translation

Blessed are you, and well will it be for you,
illustrious martyr Sebastian,
because you will rejoice with the saints
and exult with the angels in eternity.
