Latin text Benedicam Dominum in omni tempore: semper laus eius in ore meo. Aspice in me, et miserere mei: quoniam ad te clamavi in toto corde meo.

English translation I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall be ever in my mouth. Look upon me and have mercy upon me: for I have cried to thee with my whole heart.
