Description: A four part villancico with optional violin accompaniment. According to the entry for Torres in Grove's dictionary opinion is divided as to whether there may have been a second musician, with the name José de Torres, active in Spain in the first half of the 18th century. This work may be by that second musician, rather than the better known composer.

Estribillo
Buena la han hecho,
el amor, el poder y la sabiduría,
pues al formar un concepto,
que fuese una marabilla,
toda su obra admirable
aparado en una niña.

Miren que perla tan peregrina,
miren que rosa de luz vestida,
que palma fecunda,
que fértil oliva,
y esta es la hermosa,
y esta es la linda,
es la agraciada,
es la divina,
y esta es la niña,
miren que hermosa,
miren que linda.

Coplas
Es esta la que ideada,
allá en la mente divina,
para concebirse en tiempo,
sin tiempo fue concebida.
Y esta es la niña,
miren que hermosa,
miren que linda.

Es esta la inapreciable,
purísima margarita,
que al hallarla dio el poder,
por ella cuanto tenía.
Y esta es la niña,
miren que hermosa,
miren que linda.

Es esta la hermosa luna,
que como el sol elegida,
terrible escuadrón triunfante,
las sombras venció enemigas.
Y esta es la niña,
miren que hermosa,
miren que linda.

Es esta la que al formarse,
el cielo y tierra asistía,
como centro en quien paraban,
hermosas todas sus lineas.
Y esta es la niña,
miren que hermosa,
miren que linda.
