This is a list of composers represented on CPDL according to the countries in which they were born or naturalized. A number of composers appear in multiple categories, eg. the Holy Roman Empire composer Jacobus Gallus who was born in modern Slovenia, used the German name Handl, and worked in Vienna and Prague.
