Yesterday, CPDL passed the 12,000 score page milestone at ChoralWiki, just three months to the day shy of the founding of CPDL twelve years ago by Rafael Ornes. To date this year there have already been over 1100 new works contributed to CPDL. Also, just a few weeks ago, the number of composers with works available from ChoralWiki passed 1700, and the number of text pages has passed 9000. Many thanks go out to all those who have contributed scores, texts, and translations to CPDL over the years, as well as to those who have tirelessly worked to improve the ChoralWiki for its many users and visitors.

On a side note: CPDL was officially incorporated on July 6 in the state of California as a not-for-profit organization, and paperwork has been filed for U.S. Federal 501(c)(3) (tax-exempt) status. The CPDL Board of Directors will hold its first annual meeting on October 9.
