Latin text Clama, ne cesses; sed quasi tuba exalta vocem tuam, et annuncia populo meo scelera eorum, et domui Iacob peccata eorum.

English translation Cry aloud, spare not; lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and to the house of Jacob, their sins.
