Latin text 1b  Confitebor tibi, Domine, quoniam iratus es mihi, conversus est furor tuus et consolatus es me. 2  Ecce Deus salvator meus, fiducialiter agam et non timebo, quia fortitudo mea et laus mea Dominus et factus est mihi in salutem.   German translation 1b  Ich will dir danken, Herr, denn du hast mir gezürnt, dein Zorn hat sich gewendet und du hast micht getröstet. 2  Siehe, Gott ist mein Retter, ich werde vertrauensvoll handeln und micht nicht fürchten, denn meine Stärke und mein Lob ist der Herr und er ist mir zum Heil geworden.

English translation 1b  O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me. 2  Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. (KJV)
