Description: Published in Ingalls' Christian Harmony, 1805, pp. 101-102, for three voices: Treble-Tenor-Bass. A folk hymn (Jackson 1952, no. 322). Words by Charles Wesley, 1745, Hymns for 1745, No. 15, with four stanzas, each 77. 447. 77. 447. Ingalls wrote music for each half stanza, (77. 447.), leading to eight stanzas in his composition.
