Description: Published in Songs of Zion, 1821, p. 41. Words by Charles Wesley, 1742, Hymns and Sacred Poems Part 2, No. 1, entitled The 52nd Chapter of Isaiah, in three parts, totaling 32 stanzas. Carrell used five stanzas from Wesley's hymn: Part 1, stanzas 1, 3, and 4; and Part 3, stanzas 2 and 4.
