Masses for 3, 4 & 5 voices (William Byrd)
From ChoralWiki
General Information
Published: Thomas East(?), 1592~1595
Composer: William Byrd
Byrd's three settings of the Ordinary of the Latin Mass were published in undated editions, without title-pages, sometime between 1592 and 1595. The printer, presumably Thomas East, is nowhere named in the prints, although Byrd's own name appears defiantly at the head of every page.
