Latin text  Ne reminisceris,Domine, delicta mea,  vel parentum meorum.  neq[ue] vindictam sumas depeccatis meis.

English translation  Do not remember, Lord, my misdeeds,  nor the misdeeds of my parents.  Take not revenge on my many sins.
