Non fia ch'in donna mai metta speranza,
che tutto sono mobil per natura,
ch'amor di donna picciol tempo dura.
La raggion lo dimostra e lor usanza,
si donna e cosa mobil per natura,
ch'amor di donna picciol tempo dura.
La mia crudel ch'ogni aspra Tigre avanza,
mostra d'amarmi hor del mio mal non cura,
ch'amor di donna picciol tempo dura.
Perfide ma non tutte sono e ingrate,
o quante hanno gli amanti lor pietate,
sol è caggion la mia di crudeltate.
