First published: 1534 in Motettorum, Book 7 (Pierre Attaingnant), no. 10
Description: Part of a set of nine Great Antiphons for Advent, published together in the same volume by Pierre Attaingnant. Contains some harsh harmonies, some of which have been altered editorially as indicated in the score. This is the only antiphon in the set to include an incipit. The original clefs were C1, C3, C4, F3, F4. There is no attribution, not even 'incertus autor'. Other antiphons in the set are by Manchicourt, Mornable, Hotinet, Certon and Leroy.
