Latin text
O dulcis Jesu,
O refrigerium animae meae,
O dulce consolamen universorum:
fac me dignum tua gloria frui,
et in circumscriptum lumen videre,
respice quaeso, respice humilitatem meam,
et exaudi me.
English translation
O sweet Jesus,
thou refreshment of my soul,
thou consolation to all things:
make me worthy to enjoy thy glories,
and, hemmed in, to see the light;
consider me, I beg, consider my humility,
and heed me.
