Description: This setting of verses from Psalm 47 in the metrical Old Version was published on p7 of John Arnold's The Psalmist's Recreation, London: 1757. Hymn Tune Index tune number 2435.

The tune was republished, with the same text, in the fifth edition (1761), sixth edition (1769) and seventh edition (1779) of John Arnold's collection The Compleat Psalmodist. In those sources, it is given the tune name 'South Ockendon'.
