Latin text Petite, et accipietis: quaerite, et invenietis: pulsate, et aperietur vobis: omnis enim qui petit, accipit: et qui quaerit, invenit: pulsanti aperietur, alleluja.

English translation Ask, and it shall be given you: seek, and you shall find: knock, and it shall be opened to you: for every one that asketh, receiveth; and he that seekth, findeth; and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened, alleluja.
