Pues a sus luces bellas
sombras son del incendio las centellas,
suba el fuego propicio
a ceñir el amante sacrificio,
que la fe que le inflama
hoy tributa al incendio de esa llama.
Fiel la mariposa
que el incendio ama,
alma y pecho inflama
en sacro esplendor.
Porque así postrado
fervor reverente,
corone luciente
amante su ardor.
Victima sea calma que rendida,
en las llamas recobra nueva vida,
siendo fenix, que fino amante mueva,
por renacer en esa sacra gue[r]ra.
En la esfera es todo ardor,
