qu'avez souffert pein'et travaulx,
en tout honneur, de tout je m'en contente
d'avoir pitié de tes assaulx,
considerant que tant de maulx, que tant de maulx avez souffert
pour ma semblance,
conforte toy reprenant esperance, de tes maulx auras allegeance.

If you do not want to be rewarded
for all your suffering and effort,
I shall be honorable
and forgive you all your mischief
seeing how much you have undergone
