2:10 Si bona suscepimus de manu Domini, mala autem quare non sustineamus?
1:21 Dominus dedit, Dominus abstulit; sicut Domino placuit, ita factum est: Sit nomen Domini benedictum.
English translation
2:10 Shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil?
1:21 The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away; even as it hath pleased the Lord, so cometh things to pass. Blessed be the name of the Lord.
