Bar 11: B in Sextus should be C.
Bars 6-28: the underlay in the Quintus appears to be displaced three notes to the left.
Bar 21: E C on "seen, this" in Altus should be F D.
Bar 31: E natural in Cantus seems more likely than E flat.
