The error flag itself is in error. The song is located at http://www.laymusic.org/music/sp/html/pieces/110.html ... but it isn't nice to deep link.
If you start at Ms. Conrad's homepage, list the works by composer and look for the modernised spelling "What if I never speed?" you will find it.
