Distinguish

Do we have something like the WP w:template:Distinguish? I recall seeing some text like "Not to be confused with" at the top of some pages. Benedictus sit Deus (Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina) and Benedicta sit (Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina) are the candidates this time. Richard Mix (talk) 21:39, 10 April 2016 (UTC)

It looks like there are many more similar cases: [1] But I don't remember seeing such a template around here. Notice that usually this info is added to the Title or Description fields. Do you think it would be preferable to have it at the top? —Carlos (talk) 01:26, 11 April 2016 (UTC)
I always add it in the title 'field' but remember older pages that put it at the top (can't find an example any more). Title: seems the more logical to me, but won't there eventually be a title template that would include other parameters like alt-title, catalog-no, incipit, disambig, excerpt-from &c? Hmmm, isn't it maybe the template {{For}} the one you have seen, used at the Ave Marias by des Prez?
Never thought of a Title template before, but it sounds like a good idea for future developments! Adding it to the list. :) —Carlos (talk) 06:15, 12 April 2016 (UTC)

Categorization

I noticed Hassler among Disambiguation of works instead of Castegory:Disambiguation of names and eras. Shouldn't the parent Category:Disambiguation be the default, with an optional argument for the subcategories Dab of works, Dab of publications, Dab of texts?
