Superius. Cum Gratia et Privilegio.

Publication date and place: ca. 1543 by Tielman Susato in Antwerp.

Description: Susato published this book before he had obtained the royal printing privilege, in contrast to what he mentions on the title page. This explains why the title page doesn't bear a date. Hence musicological convention is to date the book between square brackets: [1543].
