mi vien da tuoi begl'occhi ogn' hor' al core,
lieto moro e rinasco a tutte l'hore.

E mentre arder mi sento a poco a poco,
sento altre tanto in me cresser vigore,

A te, cor mio, il mio morir fa poco,
ma il darmi vita è di supremo core,
dhe tempra dunque il mio cocente ardore.

O felice mio stato che, per gioco,
