William Bradshaw

Life

Born: 1 September 1797, probably Virginia

Died: 26 July 1861, Anderson County, Texas

Biography American farmer and composer, lived in east Tennessee, Lauderdale County, Alabama, and Anderson County, Texas. Married Melinda Wear on 8 August 1818 in east Tennessee. Contributed nine tunes to Supplement to the Kentucky Harmony in 1820 and 1826.
