Italian text Danzan le ninfe oneste e i pastorelli E i susurranti augelli in fra le fronde Al mormorar de l'onde: e vaghi fiori Donan le gratie a i pargoletti Amori.

English text The virtuous nymphs and shepherd boys dance And the whispering birds among the leaves To the murmuring of waves: and lovely flowers The Graces give to the little Loves.
