Word, equal to the Almighty, our only hope, Spread the fire of your mighty grace upon us Oh Christ, look with favour upon this faithful people
Word of God the most high, our sole hope, Imbue us with the fire of thy great mercy O Christ show your favour to your faithful people
O Word, worthy of the Most High, Shed the light of Thy mighty grace upon us. O Christ, be favorable unto this faithful people
