Joe Frawley is a Connecticut composer, born July 4, 1971. His musical experience is an eclectic patchwork of pop radio, neighborhood piano lessons, garage rock bands, state university curriculum, broad improvisations in empty churches, public library listening rooms, and out-of-copyright composition treatises.  He believes that one man's earnest pursuit of intelligent art may offer an antidote to the ravages of a disposable culture.
