Loquebar de testimoniis tuis in conspectu regum,
et non confundebar: et meditabar in mandatis tuis,
quae dilexi nimis.

English translation
I spoke of Thy testimonies before kings, and I was not ashamed;
I meditated also on Thy commandments,
which I loved exceedingly.
