det sponsae gaudia blanda tuae
laetitiaeque datur Bacchus
cui pocula spumant et capro celebrant orgia Bessarides.
Floricomus, mollis formosus, blandus honestus,
ad laetos thalamos carmina pangat Hymen,
O sponsum sponsam natos melioribus annis
fac nova conjugii quos facit esse deos connubialis,
hymenoee, hymen.

Moge de goddin Juno jou een lang leven schenken,
moge ze je belonen met de aangename vreugde van je bruid,
en ook Bacchus wenst jullie geluk,

May Juno, the bride's attendant, grant you long life,
may she give your bride seductive charms.

composes songs for the delightful wedding chambers.
