Salve victima salutaris
in ara crucis immolata:
aeterno Patri oblata,
pro salute mundi.
Te adoramus, te glorificamus,
te benedicamus in saecula.
English translation
Hail to the victim of salvation,
the sacrificial altar of the cross:
the Eternal Father and the offerings,
for the salvation of the world.
We adore thee, we glorify thee,
we bless thee forever.
