Udite, udite amanti, l'amor di Donna è qual musica nova
ch'ogni cantor si gran piacer vi trova,
ma quel che dianci egli canto con gioia,
dipoi gli vien per la vecchiezz'a noia.
Cosi ogni Donna bella mentre che'l vago April ha nel bel viso,
ogn'amator per lei riman con quiso;
Ma quando il Verno inarridisce i fiori,
fuggon gl'amanti mesti e pien d'horrori.
Tu cara, mi Angioletta, perche sei bella non t'insuperbire,
O perche'l tuo cantar stien tutti audire,
