Absterget Deus omnem lacrymam ab oculis sanctorum, [et jam/quia] non erit amplius neque luctus neque clamor, sed nec ullus dolor, quoniam priora transierunt. Non esurient neque sitient amplius, neque cadet super illos sol neque aestus, quoniam priora transierunt.

God will wipe away every tear from the eyes of the saints, and there shall be no more mourning, nor crying, nor pain, for the former things have passed away. They shall neither hunger nor thirst any more; the sun shall not strike them, nor any scorching heat, for the former things have passed away.
