Latin text Aeterne rex altissime Redemptor et fidelium: Quo mors soluta deperit, Datur triumphans gratiae. Scandens tribunal dexterae Patris potestas omnium Collata est Jesu caelitus Quae non erat humanitus. Tu esto nostrum gaudium Qui es futurus praemium, Sit nostra in te gloria Per cuncta semper saecula. Gloria tibi, Domine, Qui scandis supra sidera, Cum Patre et Sancto Spiritu In sempiterna saecula. Amen

Italian translation Eterno ed Altissimo Re, Redentore e somma gloria nel trionfo dei fedeli, che hai rubato alla morte. Scali i mondi delle stelle, che Ti chiamavano nel cielo, porti con Te la divina potesta su tutte le cose. Gesù, sia gloria a Te, che ritorni in cielo vincitore, con il Padre l'alto Spirito, negli eterni secoli.

English translation Eternal king most high, Redeemer of the faithful, Who makes death perish in ruins, Bestow the triumph of your grace. As you ascend the throne on the right hand of your father, All power is conferred on you, O Jesus, in heaven, Which you did not have among men. Be now our joy, You who are our future reward; may our glory ever be in you throughout all ages. Glory be to you, O Lord, Who is ascended above the stars, With the Father and the Holy Spirit, For all eternity. Amen.
