Yeo ho! Yeo ho! is a sailor’s song,
But it will not do for me;
No, I do not care
For the restless rolling sea.
I do not like the breaker’s roar
Of the waves upon the shore,
It is nicer, for in my brand new car,
So come and take a ride with me.

Turn it over once again,
Something’s bursted, that is plain;
Fill her up with gasoline,
Climb aboard the limousine;
Give the crank another turn,
Get the stuff to burn.
I’m not going very far,
I can take a trolley car.
There! She gives another cough,
Surely, surely we are off;
On, on, we’re leaving care behind us,
None can ever find us,
Though the dust may blind us.
