Antonius Gallus

Aliases: Antoine Gallus; Antoine Galli

Life

Born: 1505 (?)

Died: 2 April 1565

Biography Gallus was choirmaster at St. Saviour in Bruges before moving in 1545 to St. Donatian, being dismissed in 1550. He is listed as chaplain at the court of Maximillian II in the court register of 1 January 1554, and he died in Vienna.
