Text and translations

Latin text Ardens est cor meum; desidero videre Dominum meum. Quaero et non invenio ubi posuerunt eum. Si tu sustulisti eum, dicito mihi, et ego eum tollam, alleluia.

English translation My heart is burning; I long to see the Lord. I seek and cannot find where they have lain him. If thou hast lifted him, tell me, and I shall lift him. Alleluia.

German translation Mein Herz brennt, ich sehne mich danach, meinen Herrn zu sehen. Ich suche und finde nicht, wohin sie ihn gelegt haben. Wenn du ihn weggenommen hast, sage es mir, und ich werde ihn forttragen. Halleluja.
