Biography

Arthur Cleveland Wigan was born in London, England. Little is known about his life, but he was a music teacher in London for many decades. He authored the “Modulating Dictionary: Consisting of Five Hundred & Fifty-two Modulations,” and composed a number of piano pieces, songs, and part-songs. He died in Dover, Kent.
