Christus resurgens ex mortuis, jam non moritur,

Mors illi ultra non dominabitur,

Quod autem vivit in Deo,

Alleluia.

English translation

Christ rising from the dead dies no more;

Death will have no more dominion over him,

For rather he lives in God.
