Latin text Convertimini ad me in toto corde vestro, in jejunio et in fletu et planctu, ait Dominus Deus: et scindite corda vestra et non vestimenta vestra.

English translation Turn you unto me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning, sayeth the Lord: and rend your heart, and not your clothes.
